Some people think it's a gray area, since there is much confusion about this illegal mainly because of the constant rumors and stuff, but it is to download roms online, no matter what Pokemon Orange Islands, but is not a 'no real game is a game so wrong, I do not know what the law on this point, but I think games like fake orange islands Shining Pokémon Gold and Pokémon are not legal in any manner or form, because they use copyrighted characters, to create games.
It is illegal, and many have, but that makes it still not legal. Therefore, the choice is yours. You're not going to jail. but if they catch you, it will be a small fine (Can not catch you). I downloaded the ROMs before.
