Bachelorette/shower party etiquette - no bridesmaids? - fork jewelry

Hello,
A close friend getting married, but decided to have no bridesmaids.
Since bridesmaids traditionally paid some or all costs associated in connection with the party / shower, how to divide the bills?
Another friend and I are making all arrangements for the party, so I probably will pay for the bride. I have to pay for all? If not, how can we politely let them know what they have to pay?
It is very discreet, 11 persons, with their own jewelry, that part (about $ 80 per person) and dinner (about $ 60 per person).
