When can I start shaving after the staph infection on my leg? - staph in leg

Recently, I had a staph infection can be 3 weeks or less and is quite healthy. Howvever holes in the skin where the dent had a crust explodes on them and the skin around the region is still somewhat obscure. Im not sure if I should shave or not to start again. I have absolutely no pain and no longer infected, but it could be scared or something. Help!
